We have found that it is most cost effective for nearly all of our customers to ship via Canada Post, and as such, the site is set up to calculate shipping rates for you using Canada Post. We are entirely willing to ship via any other carrier or method you choose, contact us prior to ordering to set up alternate shipping.

Alberta, Saskatchewan - $7.00; British Columbia, Manitoba - $10.00; Northwest Territories, Ontario, Quebec, Yukon Territory - $11.75; New Brunswick, Newfoundland, NovaScotia, Prince Edward Island - $13.50; Nunavut - $16.00.

If there is a problem with your tiles, we do accept returns of tiles for various reasons, again please contact us to make arrangements. On a related note, DYE LOTS FOR OUR TILES DO VARY, sometimes greatly, please be sure to order a sufficient amount to complete your project if exactly matching dye lots are important!

At present, shipping weights are calculated based on the average weight of a tile, and while the density of tiles may vary, the size is constant. We want to ensure that you will get the coverage you need, so we make up our orders based on the actual number of tiles per pound stated in the descriptions. On large orders, the variance in density can be multiplied to result in a different actual weight than the calculated weight, the larger the order, the more this can become evident. The important thing to remember is that you will receive the correct number of tiles to achieve the coverage you need, though the actual weight may be more or less than expected.
